1. Overview

TableReply ("we," "our," or "us") provides an AI-powered tool that helps restaurant owners generate professional responses to customer reviews. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the minimum information necessary to operate the service:

• Account information: your email address and password, used to create and secure your account.
• Review content: the customer review text you paste into TableReply, and the AI-generated reply produced from it, which we store so you can view your reply history.
• Payment information: if you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details ourselves.
• Google Business Profile data (optional): if you choose to connect your Google Business Profile, we access your business listing and review data solely to display your reviews and publish replies you approve. We do not access this data unless you explicitly grant permission.
• Basic usage analytics: we use Vercel Analytics to understand anonymous, aggregate website traffic (such as page views). This data is not tied to your individual identity.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To generate AI-powered review replies using the Anthropic Claude API.
• To let you view, manage, and reuse your past replies.
• To process subscription payments and manage your account plan.
• To publish replies to your Google Business Profile, only when you explicitly connect your account and choose to post a reply.
• To communicate with you about your account, such as confirmation emails or important service updates.

4. Google Business Profile Access

If you connect your Google Business Profile, TableReply requests access only to the specific permissions needed to read your business reviews and publish replies on your behalf. We never post a reply without your direct action. You can disconnect your Google Business Profile at any time from your account settings, which immediately revokes our access.

5. Outreach Communications

If you received an email from TableReply and are not yet a registered user, your business name and publicly listed contact information were sourced from public business directories such as Google Maps. We do not use this information for any purpose other than introducing our service. You may opt out of future communications at any time by replying "STOP" to the email, and we will honor that request promptly.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers necessary to operate TableReply: Anthropic (to generate reply text), Stripe (to process payments), Supabase (to securely store account and application data), and Google (only if you connect your Business Profile).

7. Data Retention

We retain your account information and reply history for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your associated data within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required for legal or billing purposes.

8. Your Rights

You may access, update, or delete your account information at any time. To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact us using the information below.

9. Security

We use industry-standard practices to protect your data, including encrypted connections and secure authentication. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post any changes on this page with an updated revision date.
