By accessing or using TableReply ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
TableReply is an AI-powered tool that helps restaurant owners generate professional responses to customer reviews on platforms such as Google and Yelp. The Service may also connect to your Google Business Profile to read reviews and post replies on your behalf, with your explicit approval for each action.
You must create an account to use TableReply. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

If you choose to connect your Google Business Profile, you authorize TableReply to read your business reviews and post replies on your behalf only when you explicitly approve each reply. You may disconnect your Google Business Profile at any time from your account settings. You are solely responsible for the content of any reply posted to your listing through TableReply.
TableReply uses artificial intelligence to generate suggested review responses. You acknowledge that AI-generated content may not always be accurate, appropriate, or complete. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any content before it is posted publicly. TableReply is not liable for any consequences arising from AI-generated content you choose to publish.
TableReply offers a free tier with limited usage and a paid Pro plan. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
TableReply is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, reputation, or data.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated terms on this page with a new revision date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
